Kidder Mathews has appointed Fred Aframian as Managing Director of its Sherman Oaks office. He has served as Senior Vice President with the firm since 2021 and has brokered more than $500 million in investment sales over the course of his career.
In his new role, Aframian will lead Kidder Mathews’ Sherman Oaks office, supporting broker performance and development while continuing his active practice.
