Across the Pacific Northwest, communities that once built their economies around traditional manufacturing are now being repositioned to serve newer forms of industrial demand, from clean technology to data-heavy operations. One of the largest examples now on the market sits on the east side of Moses Lake, where the former SGL Carbon Fiber production campus is being offered for sale as a single, high-power industrial property.
