Lake Stevens Shopping Center Sells to Denver Investor for $29 Million

A Lake Stevens shopping center anchored by a Haggen grocery store has traded for $29.25 million, a transaction Snohomish County recorded on Dec. 15 shows.

Denver-based investor Sagard Real Estate is the new owner of the 8.47-acre property located at the intersection of Market Place and 91st Avenue, close to state Route 2 and Interstate 5. The three retail structures at the shopping center, called The Market at Lake Stevens, total 74,130 square feet.
