Government-leased office properties in South King County are attracting investor capital as single-tenant assets anchored by state agencies offer predictable revenue streams in suburban markets. A 67,260-square-foot office building at 440 SW Seventh St. in Renton changed hands for $11.5 million on Dec. 22, representing a price of roughly $171 per square foot, according to King County public records.
