Downtown Portland mixed-use building listed for $1.95M

A downtown Portland building has hit the market at a nearly 70% discount from its last sale.

The Merchant Bank Building at 404-418 S.W. Washington St. has been listed for sale by Kidder Mathews for $1.95 million, or $69 per square foot. A LoopNet listing for the property says it’s 4% leased.
