Dave’s Hot Chicken, the rapidly growing Los Angeles-based fried chicken chain, is expanding to West Seattle.
The restaurant will move into the 2,558-square-foot former Haymaker space at 4706 California Ave. SW, which it will share with Taiwan-based bubble tea brand Gong Cha, according to plans filed with the city. Both are operated locally by the Kirkland-based Keshap Group.
