Kidder Mathews has brokered the $7,200,000 sale of a 38-acre residential development site located at the southeast corner of 128th Street and Ranch Gate Road in Scottsdale, Arizona. Brokers Brian Rosella and Joseph Calistri represented the buyer, C&W Investments LLC, in the off-market transaction. The seller was Denise Bixler.
The property is one of the last remaining large, developable parcels in the highly sought-after North Scottsdale submarket. Its location and surrounding home values made it a compelling opportunity for luxury single-family development.
