A Redmond-based construction company elbowed out other suitors for a handsome brick-clad building on a leafy street about a half-mile north of downtown Kirkland.
Avara Construction on Wednesday said it paid $4.3 million for the two-story Market Street Building, and plans to make the top floor of the building at 312 11th Ave. W. its headquarters.
