Byungmoon Chun, who opened his second Seattle restaurant in January, is set to add another.
The restaurateur signed a lease this week to open a fast-casual concept, Tsuki Shokudo, at 23 Mercer St. It will fill 1,575 square feet in the former home of Atlas Sports & Spirits, which closed in the spring.
