The New York-based Rockefeller Group is breaking into the Pacific Northwest industrial market with a new warehouse development in Arlington, the company announced Tuesday.
The developer recently broke ground on a 186,873-square-foot industrial building at 16512 51st Ave. NE. The project, called Northsound Logistics Center, is within blocks of an Amazon fulfillment center and the Arlington Municipal Airport.
