Kidder Mathews is pleased to welcome Gabriyel Mamikonyan and Harry Keshishian to the firm’s Century City office. The team joins forces with Executive Vice President and Managing Director Darrell Levonian, specializing in real estate solutions for investment property owners in Southern California and Greater Los Angeles. Mamikonyan and Keshishian previously served as executive vice presidents of Apollo Investment Group at Keller Williams World Media Center.
Mamikonyan, Vice President, brings nearly 20 years in commercial real estate and related industries. His expertise is centered on retail and office properties, with additional experience in industrial, land, mixed-use, and multifamily assets. His background includes mortgage banking and construction management, giving him a broad perspective on how properties are financed, built, and positioned in the market. He has represented both private and institutional investors in acquisitions, dispositions, and tax-deferred exchanges across multiple asset types.
“We were drawn to Kidder Mathews’ platform for its expansive resources and entrepreneurial culture,” said Mamikonyan. “I look forward to collaborating with Darrell and Harry to grow our business and elevate the value we provide to investors.”
Keshishian, Vice President, is a seasoned commercial real estate leader with more than 15 years of success advising high-profile clients across the retail, office, and industrial sectors. Recognized for his sharp market intelligence and proven negotiation acumen, he has guided property owners, investors, and institutions through multimillion-dollar acquisitions, strategic dispositions, and sophisticated transaction management. His ability to anticipate market shifts and deliver forward-thinking strategies has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor, helping clients not only compete, but thrive, in today’s most competitive real estate environments. Outside of his professional work, Keshishian is also a multiple-time state and national chess champion—a testament to his strategic mindset, discipline, and ability to think several moves ahead.
“Kidder Mathews’ independence and employee-owned structure make it possible to put clients at the center of every decision,” said Keshishian. “Joining this platform allows us to deepen relationships and create lasting value for the investors we represent.”
Levonian joined Kidder Mathews in 2018 and was instrumental in the firm’s Southern California expansion, launching the Century City office as Managing Director. Now a shareholder and member of the board of directors, he helps guide the company’s strategic direction. Previously, he served as President of Charles Dunn Company, where he developed service lines and advanced the firm’s position in the market. Over his career, he has recruited and mentored hundreds of professionals, including numerous from Charles Dunn to form Kidder Mathews’ Century City office—laying the foundation for the firm’s continued success in Greater Los Angeles. Earlier in his career, he co-founded the Bank of Whittier N.A., where he remains a shareholder.
“Gabriyel and Harry are valuable additions to the firm’s growing presence in Southern California,” said Levonian. “I look forward to working with them as they bring new relationships and perspective that will benefit our clients across the region.”
