Tacoma Developers Move Forward with Foss Waterway Building Sites

Two new buildings are planned for sites along Tacoma’s Foss Waterway after a decades-long push to redevelop the area.

The city of Tacoma began reviewing revised permit applications for the structures, dubbed Building A and Building B, last week. The buildings will be located on 1.6 acres at Foss Waterway Site 9 and Site 10, according to public filings.
