Kidder Mathews is pleased to welcome Cameron Baird to the firm’s San Francisco office as Senior Vice President. He brings more than 20 years of Bay Area commercial real estate retail experience, with a focus on urban planning, leasing, and sales—particularly in San Francisco’s dynamic restaurant and retail sectors.
Baird advises clients on zoning, planning, ABC and entertainment permitting, conditional use and formula retail compliance, lease negotiations, and property administration. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was the Bay Area Retail Lead at Avison Young and previously spent eight years as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield.
“Cameron’s deep understanding of the Bay Area retail landscape—combined with his practical approach to zoning, permitting, and deal-making—makes him a valuable addition to our team and a strong resource for clients navigating complex urban markets,” said David Nelson, Regional President of Brokerage.
Baird joins Kidder Mathews at a time of significant momentum for the firm—which has welcomed 30 new professionals in Northern California since January 2024.
