Kidder Mathews announces the successful sale of two development-ready farm properties in Coolidge, Arizona, totaling $4.3 million. Both transactions were brokered by Kidder Mathews brokers Brian Rosella and Joseph Calistri, who represented the seller, MLC Farms, LLC.
The first transaction involved a +160-acre farm located at Christensen Road and the southwest corner of Highway 287. The property sold for $3,250,000 to the Contadino 2021 Irrevocable Trust. With significant frontage on Highway 287 and a prime location in a rapidly expanding area, the site presents an appealing investment opportunity for future development.
The second sale consisted of a +33-acre farm property at Arizona Boulevard and the northeast corner of Highway 87, which sold for $1,065,042 to Lone Butte Assets, LLC. The buyer, who owns neighboring land, was drawn to the site’s strategic location and potential for long-term growth.
“These sales reflect the strong interest we continue to see from developers and investors seeking land positioned for future growth in the Coolidge area,” said Rosella. “Well-located agricultural properties with key frontage and surrounding development momentum are in high demand.”
