Walkability to the University of Nevada, Reno campus and the opportunity to add value through capital improvements were primary factors in Blue Peak Capital Management’s acquisition of the Lev Apartments on North Virginia Street.
The six-building, 42,996 square-foot two-story student housing complex constructed in 1980 features 128 studios and one one-bedroom apartment. All units have their own private access, but each building shares a kitchen. There’s also a common clubhouse.
