Kidder Mathews is pleased to welcome Andrew Rebennack to the firm’s San Francisco office as Senior Vice President. He brings nearly a decade of brokerage experience—representing property owners, investors, and businesses in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial real estate throughout the Bay Area.
His diverse client roster includes investment and development firms, venture-backed technology companies, healthcare providers, professional service firms, nonprofits, and retail and restaurant groups with multi-location operations.
Before launching his brokerage career, Rebennack earned his Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University and practiced commercial litigation at a New Orleans law firm. He remains a licensed attorney and active member of both the California and Louisiana Bar Associations.
“Andrew approaches brokerage with a combination of legal precision and real estate expertise,” said David Nelson, Regional President of Brokerage. “His background in commercial litigation gives him a distinct vantage point—allowing him to navigate risk, structure deals with nuance, and deliver a higher level of service to clients.”
“I’m excited to join Kidder Mathews and its talented team of Bay Area professionals. The company offers a powerful yet nimble platform to deliver high value to my local clientele,” said Rebennack. “I’m honored and looking forward to being on the Kidder team and making a positive, lasting impact in our San Francisco community.”
Rebennack joins Kidder Mathews at a time of significant momentum for the firm—which has welcomed 30 new professionals in Northern California since January 2024.
