Goodwill has acquired a 194,000-square-foot industrial complex in Tacoma’s Nalley Valley neighborhood, where it has long been a tenant.
The property sold for $41 million in a deal recorded by Pierce County on May 30, records show. It sits on 11 acres at 3102 S. Pine St.
