Downtown San Diego is continuing to experience a rise in commercial space vacancies, with “Now leasing” and “Available” signs becoming increasingly common sights across the city center.
One of the largest commercial real estate firms on the West Coast, Kidder Mathews, reports that vacancies in downtown San Diego have reached an exceptionally high level. The firm’s data shows vacant office space by square foot in the downtown area is trending in an unfavorable direction.
