After Years of In-House Management, the Flood Building Brings on Kidder Mathews

San Francisco Union Square’s landmark Flood Building has tapped a new team to manage the building and oversee leasing of its 200,000 square feet of office space.

The Flood family, which has owned the building since 1904, selected independent West Coast commercial real estate firm Kidder Mathews after a competitive open bid process involving at least half a dozen firms.
