Seattle, Wash. (April 3, 2025) – Kidder Mathews Asset Services has been selected to manage a seven-building office portfolio in Seattle, totaling approximately 1,089,500 square feet. The properties range from 16 to 55 years old and include a mix of Class A and B buildings:

- North Tower – ±67,000 square feet
- South Tower – ±67,000 square feet
- 4th & Blanchard – ±408,200 square feet
- 5th & Jackson – ±145,000 square feet
- 200 W. Thomas Street – ±65,000 square feet
- 635 Elliott Avenue W. – ±187,600 square feet
- 645 Elliott Avenue W. – ±149,700 square feet
