A development site in Skagit County has hit the market. A site spanning 20.45 acres is for sale on Interstate 5 for $10.5 million, according to a marketing brochure from Kidder Mathews. The site, zoned commercial-light by the city of Mt. Vernon, features approximately 500 lineal feet of I-5 frontage. Allowable uses include retail, office, warehouse, entertainment, outside sales of vehicles and schools or institutional uses. Skagit County public property records show that the owner is an entity that shares an address with Columbia Pacific Advisors.
