Equity Residential Sells Lower Queen Anne Apartment Property

A 106-unit apartment building in Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne neighborhood has traded for $42.6 million, Kidder Mathews announced Wednesday.

Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) is the seller of the seven-story property at 215 First Ave. W., called Metro on First. The price works out to $401,887 per unit.
