By the end of 2024, Orange County’s office market was seeing notable bright spots in its recovery.
After a year of slow activity and lost leases, Orange County saw nearly 510,000 square feet of office space absorbed in 2024, surpassing pre-pandemic levels, though still down 17,000 square feet in net absorption year-over-year, per a report by Kidder Mathews.
