Ubiquiti, a global technology company known for its networking products, is leasing the space from New York Life Real Estate Investors (“NYLREI”). Kidder Mathews brokers Sean McCarthy, Brandon O’Leary, and Grant GuernseyGrant Guernsey are managing the leasing at the Class A office tower and represented NYLREI in the transaction.
ASPECT on Sixth is an 11-story building with full-floor office layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows, and modern amenities including a tenant lounge, conference room and training facilities, bike storage, state-of-the-art fitness center, and the newly added 40lbs Café + Bar.
