Despite regional losses in population and demand, a freestanding retail property in Danville, California, has inked a lease for a new anchor tenant.
Turmeric Indian Grocery Store, which says it sources its goods from different parts of India, has signed on for the largest space available in Castle Square, becoming the traffic-heavy shopping center’s anchor tenant. The deal spans five years and 10,777 square feet at 1901 Camino Ramon.
