Retail Investment Team of Andrew Graff and Kyle Graff Joins Kidder Mathews in Seattle

Kidder Mathews is pleased to announce that Andrew Graff and Kyle Graff have joined the firm’s headquarters in downtown Seattle as senior vice presidents. With nearly a decade of experience each, the Graff team has established a strong track record in retail investment sales across the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, they were with NAI Puget Sound Properties.

The team brings extensive expertise in single-tenant net lease properties, strip centers, and retail pad sites — providing strategic guidance in lease negotiations, investment sales, and land development. Their comprehensive approach delivers exceptional representation to both landlords and tenants. Over the course of their careers, they have collectively completed more than 75 transactions, totaling over $100,000,000 in value.
