Kidder Mathews’ Kraig Heeter has been named president-elect of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Foundation. Heeter is an executive vice president in South Seattle with more than two decades of experience specializing in industrial properties. He has been an SIOR designee since 2016 and has served as Washington SIOR Chapter President since 2022.
The SIOR Foundation is made up of commercial real estate leaders from around the country with the purpose to support and expand the commercial real estate community. Over the last five years, the foundation has provided $1.5 million in industry grants, awarded more than 415 student scholarships, and given 31 chapters additional financial support — all from organized donations from 1,921 SIOR designees and supporting companies.
“I am excited to build on the foundation’s commitment to advancing education, research, and initiatives that elevate the profession and to give back to a vocation that has been incredibly rewarding,” said Heeter.
He will begin his one-year term as president of the SIOR Foundation in October 2025. To learn more about the SIOR Foundation, visit siorfoundation.org.
