A San Jose shopping center custom-built a store for Rite Aid, but after the pharmacy chain filed for bankruptcy last year, it vacated, leaving the 17,340 square foot building empty, long before the lease ended.
The shopping center recently scored a new tenant for the building, bringing it to 100% occupancy.
