Kidder Mathews is pleased to welcome Kareem Barzegar, CCIM, CPM as a senior vice president in San Francisco. He brings over 20 years of experience representing both tenants and landlords of office properties throughout the Bay Area.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Barzegar spent seven years as a broker with Avison Young. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 500 leasing assignments — with notable tenant advisory clients including Fox Interactive Media, Prudential, Healthline, New Relic, and Pure Digital.
Barzegar has achieved the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member certification from the CCIM Institute, as well as the Certified Property Manager (CPM) — recognized as some of the highest distinctions in the industry.
