Fletcher Baker has joined Kidder Mathews as a first vice president in Silicon Valley. He brings over 35 years of experience specializing in office/R&D and manufacturing tenant advisory for technology companies throughout Silicon Valley.
Over the course of his career, Baker has served a long list of technology clients — from startups to established corporations such as Panasonic and Microsemi — and delivered successful strategies for workforce space acquisitions and consolidations. As a conflict-free tenant representation specialist, he is an expert in crafting cost-saving solutions for office/R&D and manufacturing space users.
Before Kidder Mathews, Baker was Managing Director at Savills North America for nearly a decade. Prior to that, he was a principal with Cresa Partners for almost 20 years, and he began his career as a senior advisor with Grubb & Ellis.
