The Boeing Co. (NYSE: BA) has added more than 1 million square feet of space to its South Sound footprint in the largest industrial lease deal of the year for the Puget Sound region.
The company has agreed to fill the first phase of the more than 7-acre Bridge Point I-5 Seattle development in Milton, tenant-improvement documents filed with the city indicate. At 1.03 million square feet, the building is nearly the size of the jet maker’s Renton factory, where it produces its top-selling commercial jet, the 737 Max.
