Bautista Revocable Trust has sold an 80-acre development site at the southwest corner of Hidden Valley Road and McDavid Road in Pinal County, Arizona, just outside of Maricopa. Kidder Mathews brokers Brian Rosella and Joseph Calistri represented the seller. The buyer, Contadino 2021 Irrevocable Trust, purchased the property for $1,000,000.
Maricopa is one of Arizona’s fastest-growing cities, and the site is situated in a rapidly developing area. With further expansion expected, Hidden Valley Road and McDavid Road are slated to become major thoroughfares.
“This transaction shows there is continued interest from land investors for well-positioned properties in the path of growth,” said Rosella.
