The most eye-catching new tower in Seattle, Skyglass, has sold for nearly $174.8 million, according to public records, which list an affiliate of Goldman Sachs as the buyer.
The per-apartment price of the angled, glass tower between the South Lake Union campuses of Amazon and Apple works out to around $514,000, well below the region’s record of nearly $861,800, set in early 2022, before soaring interest rates drove down commercial real estate prices.
