For nearly 30 years, Melbardis has specialized in leasing office properties in the Bay Area. Before joining Kidder Mathews, he was with Colliers for 25 years and began his career at CBRE.
Melbardis has represented office tenants ranging from early technology startups to Fortune 500 companies such as BBVA, Office Max, and Dolby. Among building owners, his clients include prominent local landlords as well as several institutional landlords.
