Kidder Mathews has promoted Erin French, CPM®, CCIM to President of Asset Services. In this role, she will lead the division across the firm’s offices in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, and Nevada. French will draw on over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management operations to drive business development and oversee the delivery of exceptional, customized solutions to maximize value for clients.
Since joining Kidder Mathews nearly 25 years ago, French has held various leadership roles. Before being tapped as president, she served as Asset Services Chief Operating Officer. She holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations, demonstrating her deep expertise in the industry.
Through her leadership, French has helped Kidder Mathews Asset Services grow at record numbers. The division now manages approximately 55 million square feet of space across nearly 800 assets and serves 260+ clients. In the last year, Asset Services marked its highest revenue to date — adding largescale assignments such as one million square feet of office space at 555 Tower in downtown Bellevue, Washington and 651,000 square feet with Lift Real Estate Partners in Northern California, bringing our total managed portfolio with Lift to 1.2 million square feet. These assignments add to the firm’s many noteworthy properties already under management, including Starbucks’ Seattle headquarters, which earned the 2024 Pacific Northwest Regional BOMA TOBY® (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Award.
