Kendzora specializes in the appraisal of complex industrial, office, retail, and multifamily assets. He also possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in valuing schools, religious facilities, adult day care centers, contractor and truck storage yards, and mixed-use developments. His primary focus areas include San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura counties, though he has also appraised regional and national portfolios.
The MAI designation recognizes certified appraisers and members of the Appraisal Institute who have completed a rigorous educational process and exam, demonstrating expertise in a diverse range of property types.
