Developing more than 1 million square feet of industrial space in Bonney Lake was not in Chris and Rylie Leier’s initial professional plans. The two were plenty busy owning and operating STL International, the maker of Teeter Inversion Tables and other fitness-related products. Yet after struggling to find warehouse space for their growing manufacturing business in 2015, they realized the region lacked the type of industrial warehouse space they needed — so they got to work creating more.
