Over the course of his career, Thomas has sold over $1 billion in real estate and leased over ±1 million square feet of commercial space. He has negotiated notable sales such as the 127-unit Bay Terrace Apartments in San Mateo, ±20,000 acres of timberland in Humbolt, and a ±30,000 square-foot building in San Francisco for the Red Cross.
His clients include Acadia Realty Trust, The Prado Group, and Veritas.
