Kidder Mathews is pleased to welcome Matthew Nebel as a senior vice president in San Francisco. He specializes in office tenant advisory and landlord representation throughout the Bay Area, with a focus on the East Bay Oakland metro.
Before joining Kidder Mathews, Nebel was a senior vice president at Colliers International in Oakland, where he spent nearly a decade. He also served as a director at Equistone Partners, leading the tenant representation practice group and assisting tenants in the negotiation of leases, subleases, lease restructures, and building sales/acquisitions.
Over the course of his career, Nebel has completed over 250 transactions. His clients include local, national, and international firms such as Ramboll, Clear Channel, HTC, BlueOcean AI, Pyatok Architects, Fresenius Medical, and Stillwater Sciences.
“The Kidder Mathews platform provides unparalleled opportunities for professional growth and business development while collaborating with industry veterans with a wealth of knowledge and relationships,” said Nebel.
Before beginning in commercial real estate, Nebel procured new leads for the business development team at BCCI Construction Company, a San Francisco firm focused on tenant improvements and building and restoration of historical interiors.
