Private investors Mike and Lauren Farrell have sold a 22-acre residential development site at the southeast corner of Schnepf Road and Hash Knife Draw Road in San Tan Valley, Arizona. Kidder Mathews brokers Brian Rosella and Joseph Calistri represented them in selling the property to BC Invest, LLC for $1,722,745.

BC Invest, an investor and residential developer, is working on several residential land development projects in the area and has purchased the property for future development.

“Residential development in the valley continues to be in high demand, and builders are competing for land,” said Rosella.
