Office Vacancy Rates Around Puget Sound Region Tick Up

Nearly four years after the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, Seattle’s office market continues to struggle with nearly a quarter of the central business district space sitting vacant.

Two reports released by brokerage firms this week show Seattle’s office vacancy rate continues to climb and several new office projects are set to be delivered later this year.
