Kidder Mathews is pleased to welcome valuation advisory specialist Bill Drewes, MAI as senior vice president. Before joining the firm, he served as valuation services director at Colliers International for nearly a decade, followed by almost five years as managing director of CBRE’s valuation department in Los Angeles.
Drewes holds the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, demonstrating his nuanced understanding of commercial property valuation and his commitment to sound and ethical professional practice. His clients include fund managers, attorneys, lenders, principals, asset managers, and loan servicers. Intended uses of assignments include financial reporting; loans; and estate matters such as partial interest valuations, tax appeals, cost segregation, and litigation support.
His background before valuation includes commercial loan underwriting, credit committee service, litigation support, and management.
“Bill’s decades of experience and extensive network in Southern California will be a tremendous asset for Valuation Advisory Services. We are thrilled to have him,” said Randall Clemson, Executive Vice President of Kidder Mathews Valuation Advisory Services.
“I’m excited to be here providing valuation services and helping build our Los Angeles team,” said Drewes. “We’re in such a dynamic period, both in the market cycle and the unfolding events in the Los Angeles metro area.
