Kidder Mathews is pleased to welcome Sean Sears as a vice president in the San Fernando Valley. He brings over 12 years of brokerage experience and specializes in industrial properties in Greater Los Angeles. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was with Peak Commercial in Los Angeles.
To date, Sears has brokered nearly 100 sales, evaluated and underwritten 171 properties, and sold over 313,000 square feet of existing property — totaling $337 million in value and 1.75 million buildable square feet. His clients include Rexford Industries, Kids from the Valley, Mid Valley Properties, Moriarty and Sons, and Dov Hertz.
