Eric Paulsen, Kidder Mathews Regional President of Southern California and Arizona brokerage, has been elected President of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ (NAIOP) SoCal Chapter, presiding over the executive committee and serving a one-year term as of January 1st. This follows his 2023 term as vice president and 2022 term as treasurer.
NAIOP SoCal is NAIOP’s second-largest chapter nationwide, with over 1,300 members. It is the leading commercial real estate association for developers, owners, service providers, and investors of office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use real estate — serving Greater Los Angeles and Orange County.
Paulsen joined Kidder Mathews in 2021 and oversees recruitment, strategic business pursuits, and client relationships in Orange County, San Diego, Carlsbad, and Phoenix.
“I am honored that my peers are allowing me to lead NAIOP’s second-largest chapter, and I’m excited about the challenges we are going to face as well as the fun we are going to have. We have a lot of networking and educational events teed up including our golf tournaments, Night at the Fights, and our Awards Gala. With all that is in store for 2024, including some game-changing legislation on the ballots, it is going to be a vital year to be a NAIOP member,” said Paulsen.
