An office and manufacturing building in Issaquah traded hands in a deal that shows investors continue to show interest in what the region has to offer. The GE Healthcare building was purchased by Bellvue-based Summit Classical Christian School for $12.3 million, or approximately $228 per square foot, according to King County records. The seller was an entity affiliated with Lytle Enterprises, a senior housing and development company based out of Bellevue.
