New Warehouse to be Constructed on Tucson’s West Side

A 100,000-square-foot warehouse is set to be built on the west side of Tucson. The property, located at 1901 W. Copper St., was purchased by Copper Avenue Partners LLC for $1.5 million. Previously owned by radio broadcasting station Lotus, the land was rezoned to light industrial by the city. The buyer, operating as Cactus Portable Pods, provides climate-controlled pods for moving or storage and has been operating on South Palo Verde Road for several years.
