Haili Wu has joined Kidder Mathews in Pleasanton, California as an associate vice president. Wu is a multifamily investment specialist with a trilingual background (Cantonese, Mandarin, and English). She focuses on properties in the San Francisco Peninsula. Before joining Kidder Mathews, Wu was a multifamily specialist with Marcus & Millichap’s San Francisco office.
“I am thrilled to join Kidder Mathews, aligning with industry leaders in a firm prioritizing its brokers,” said Wu. “This environment empowers us to excel and put our clients first wholeheartedly. I am honored to be part of this exceptional team, where unparalleled support and expertise converge to deliver outstanding results.”
Wu is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, the Small Property Owners of San Francisco Institute (SPOSFI), and the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA).
“As a privately held firm that is owned by our professionals, we are in a more nimble position to serve the needs of our brokers and clients than many of our publicly held competitors,” said David Nelson, Regional President of Brokerage for Northern California. “While other companies continue to reduce support, commissions, and stock dividends, we are able to buck the trend — maintaining our 90/10 commission splits and paying dividends to our Kidder Mathews shareholders.”
