Panattoni Development in partnership with PGIM Real Estate has acquired North Creek Commerce Center at 18712 Bothell Everett Highway in Bothell, Washington. Development has begun on the 29-acre Class A flex/industrial park and is expected to be completed by July 2024. Kidder Mathews Executive Vice President Zach Vall-Spinosa along with JSH Properties’ Ernie Velton and Reese Velton are the leasing agents.
North Creek Commerce Center is the Eastside’s largest new industrial development. The three-building 243,000-square-foot business park will offer 2.7 stalls (1,000-square-foot parking ratio), 30-foot clear height, dock/grade level loading, heavy power, and a 130-foot dedicated truck court. It has direct access to Bothell Everett Highway, an abundance of amenities and easy access to major freeways and interstate highways including I-5, I-405, and SR-9.
“We are excited to be offering a brand-new product to the Eastside market, which has been lacking close-in flex/manufacturing space. This development is not only creating a new state-of-the-art facility, it also will offer a high parking ratio, nearly three times what most projects can provide,” said Vall-Spinosa.
