Lift Buys Tukwila Business Park for $30M

Tukwila’s M-3 Business Park, at 1001 – 1061 Andover Park E., sold last week for $30 million, according to King County records. The seller was a trust associated with the Smooke family, which acquired the property in 1997 for about $7.8 million.
