Scott Silverstein has joined Kidder Mathews in the San Fernando Valley as a senior vice president. He brings over 35 years of experience specializing in office leasing and sales in Greater Los Angeles.
Before joining Kidder Mathews, Silverstein was with Lee & Associates for more than 20 years. Over the course of his career, he has completed over $1 billion in transactions. His clients have included GE Capital, Nomura USA/Japan, and the State of California.
His most recent notable transactions include the sale of a 48,000-square-foot office building in Woodland Hills; a 10-year, 17,040-square-foot office lease in the Warner Center in Woodland Hills; and a 30,979-square-foot lease in Corporate Pointe at West Hills.
Silverstein sat on the committee to create the Warner Center 2035 Specific Plan, one of the largest planned residential and business communities in the Western United States.
He was named as one of the San Fernando Valley’s “200 Most Influential People” by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal.
